Whenever you get tired of reading about supercars and want to just chill out in something German and quiet, yet still exciting and potent, you should sail straight past the latest all-wheel drive Audi and buy the old Golf R32, which was the last Golf to be fitted with the famous VR6 engine that all VW fans loved.
It’s one of our favorite cars and surely belongs in a gall of fame for its blend of performance, style and practicality. The car has looks like any other hatchback to normal people, so your relatives will never suspect you have an expensive, fast car.

However, once you’ve ‘bagged’ the R32, slamming the wheels all the way to the arches, nobody will be able to ignore it. That’s exactly what was done to this blue example, which has been fitted with retro-looking HRE 501 Gloss Black wheels that perfectly match its German character.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
