Radio controlled replicas have evolved a lot from what they used to be. Of course, you can still buy some crappy ones made in China for your kid to destroy in like 10 minutes or so, but for the kid in you there are much more complex models.
Most of them can be bought as a rolling chassis, coming with the electric motor, battery, steering and working suspension along with the control module. Then it’s your job to fit it with a body and custom rims.

You can find highly-detailed quality plastic bodies resembling any car you can think and because they are detachable, you can paint or fit any accessories you like. It’s a whole industry and there are people gathering to race them in parking lots or special organized events.

And there are other people who like to simply film them and create car-movie parodies. Or tributes, as this Fast and Furious fan did.

Although he says it’s his first F&F RC parody and should be considered a 100 percent amateur work, we gotta say he did a helluva job with both filming, car maneuvering and special effects.

Also, before you start the video bellow, the guy says the film “is dedicated in loving memory to Paul Walker.” You can almost picture him in that blue Nissan GT-R, along with Dom in the black Camaro and Han in the Sylvia.
