autoevolution Users See Paul Teutul Jr. Bound for Success

Now that Paulie already released his first bike designs, OCC and custom bike fans are split in two: those who take his side, and those who think he will never make it on his own. We here at autoevolution were as well arguing on the subject, so we thought to let you decide and placed a related poll on our homepage a few weeks back.

While we were expecting a tight race between father and son, the poll results were crystal clear: with no less than 89% of the votes, one could say that Paul Jr. scored a decisive win against his father and former employer.

Our readers seem to be sure that Paulie was the mastermind behind the OCC designs, so Teutul Sr. might as well retire. The two bikes that marked Paulie’s solo debut have been previewed in late August at the 70th anniversary of the Sturgis Rally, and have already caught the attention of custom chopper fans.

In fact, Paul Jr. started paving his creativity path with the creation of the now world-famous logo for Orange County Choppers. He went on to create custom bikes such as the Black Widow Bike, the Fire Bike and the Jet Bike, as well as work with some of the top companies in the world such as Intel, NASA and Gillette.

"I've never felt so inspired. Paul Jr. Designs gives me an opportunity to take my creativity to a whole new level. This new company will be the most challenging, but by far the most rewarding," Paulie says on his new company’s website.
