Audi TT-RS Gets Hybrid Turbocharger from LOBA Motorsport
The power kit comes from LOBA Motorsport is currently working on a sports turbocharger for Audi’s 2.5 liter turbo five-cylinder engine found on the car.
The charger promises to boost the power past the 500 hp mark. However, the exact power rating is not known yet. The unit is based on a BorgWarner KKK version and has been optimized by LOBA Motorsport. The latter company’s engineers have made extensive modification in order to reach this kind of power boost and offer a reliable product.
Here are the complete technical specifications of the turbocharger:
- Custom "Extended Tip" compressor wheel(State-of-the-art compressor wheel geometry(Compressor wheel inlet (wheel): 54.6 mm(Compressor wheel outlet (wheel): 70.5 mm
