Audi Bringing A3 MPV Concept to Frankfurt 2013

Reportedly called the V4 as a production car, the model will offer both five- and seven-seater variants.
This isn't the fist time they tried a stunt like this. In 2006, the Roadjet Concept made its debut in Detroit. As you can see from the picture we selected, it looks like the A3's previous generation but has a larger dobdy. The Roadjet measured 4.7 meters in length and was 1.55 meters tall, giving occupants ample headroom.
Of course, the car never reached production, but it shows that Audi has always thought about a mass market MPV. Too bad compact SUVs got in the way. Even if the V4 is approved for production after Frankfurt, Autocar says it could take three more years before it's able to meet your family's needs.
