Audi A1 MTM Top Speed Video

Audi has an obsession for topping the performance segments its range targets in terms of power. This is also true for the little A1 - its latest version, the 256 hp A1 Quattro is the most powerful in its league. However, this still isn’t enough for certain tuners, who like to take things to the extreme.
The perfect example for this comes in the form of the adjacent video, which shows what MTM can do for an Audi A1. Here, we have the Audi A1 Nardo Edition, a tuning development that has been created to celebrate the annual Nardo Highspeed event.

The vehicle borrows the TT-RS’ 2.5-liter, five-cylinder turbocharged unit that has been tweaked to deliver 500 hp and a peak torque of 600 Nm (442 lb-ft). The unit works with a six-speed manual gearbox, pushing the A1 past the 62 mph mark in 4.5 seconds and onto a top speed of 201 mph (324 km/h).

The adjacent clip, which was uploaded by Audi Club of Espana, shows the A1 Nardo hitting its official top speed, with the pocket rocket passing a Porsche 911 Sport Classic and a BMW M3 (E92). The vehicle even goes past that speed, but going downhill.
