Ashley Cole Gets a Mini Hummer from His Wife
- Cheryl spent £5,000 on customizing the mini Hummer
- The vehicle has the couple's initials in Swarovski crystals
- Ashley wanted the Mini H3 since his team captain got one

“Cheryl bought the buggy as a present for Ashley,” a source told the Daily Mail.
“It’s completely over the top, but Ashley and Cheryl love it. It’s Ashley’s pride and joy. One of their staff is instructed to make sure the hubcaps are always gleaming and the buggy is sparkling clean. There’s even space for Ashley’s golf clubs at the back.”
The electric powered Mini Hummer is a miniature replica of the life-size vehicle and reaches a top speed of only 35 mph, which is quite enough for traveling around the grounds of their £3.5 million ($5.7 million) Surrey mansion.
But Cheryl didn’t just stop at buying a Mini Hummer. She had to customize it as well, and spent about £5,000 ($8,147) on the makeover.
Gold plated hubcaps on the 18-inch wheels, the black leather upholstery and a high performance Sony sound system were added to the buggy. But the real bling are the couple’s initials (AC and CC) embroidered on the headrests in Swarovski crystals.
However, the most popular option is the Hummer H3 replica, as many celebrities decide to buy one. David and Victoria Beckham also own a mini black H3 with extension pedals and speed limiter to be driven by their three sons. Other Mini Hummer owners are the members of the royal families of Bahrain and Dubai and ... the Harry Potter star, Rupert Grint.
