Another Tata Nano Catches Fire in Mumbai, India
It’s been a while since we last heard of one catching fire, but the Nano has once again been torched, this time in the Mumbai suburb of Goregaon on November 10th.
According to autocarpro.in, there were three people inside at the time of the fire, including a child, but nobody was injured. An eye witness says the car stalled before it started burning from the back, where the engine is found.
In the past, Tata conducted a tough investigation and fitted its cars with more adequate fire protection. This is the only such incident this officially recorded this year, and let’s hope it’s also the last.
