Europcar has added the Alfa Romeo 4C into its Selection fleet of luxury and fun vehicles.
It does not take too much experience with cars to know that the Alfa Romeo 4C is evidently found in the “fun” spectrum, and adding the Italian model to the Europcar portfolio was a logical choice.

Customers will get the opportunity to hire the litter sports car and enjoy its capabilities in a responsible manner, without having to pay too much in the long run.

While Alfa Romeo’s 4C is affordable for a car in its class, it is not that affordable, but some might want to drive an exciting vehicle while on vacation. Who knows, maybe the experience of the Italian car will make some Europcar clients eventually become Alfa Romeo customers.

The Selection range from Europcar is available at selected VIP counters at the company’s locations. From there, customers can rent the open top version of the Italian model, or its coupe sibling, depending on availability.

No matter what variant of the Alfa Romeo 4C is chosen, clients will get the same 1.75-liter turbocharged gasoline direct injection engine, which is mated to a twin-clutch gearbox.

When comparing cars with carbon fiber chassis available for rent, the Alfa Romeo 4C will probably be the most affordable choice, except for the BMW i3, but the latter fits in a different class.

Coming back to Alfa Romeo’s little firecracker, the 4C’s engine delivers 240 HP at 6,000, with a peak torque of 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) starting at 1,700 rpm. Top speed is rated at 257 km/h (160 mph), but we do not recommend attempting that on public roads except for unrestricted Autobahn sections.

However, clients will get to experience the 4.1-second 0-100 km/h acceleration time on public roads, as long as the area they are in allows them to perform such tasks.

The rear-wheel drive Coupe and Spider models are sure to win your heart over on winding roads, so make sure the trip takes you on more than just highways when getting behind the wheel of the Alfa Romeo 4C, even if it is just a rental.

In over fourteen years, he got behind the wheel of several hundred vehicles and in the offices of the most important car publications in his homeland.
