AHG Sports Infiniti FX30d Released

Ask European aftermarket developers about Infinitis and they won’t have too much to say. This is actually a pity, as Nissan’s luxury brand comes with sporting ambitions, which could be raised by tuners, so we are happy whenever such a development comes to life.

Getting to the point, we’ll tell you that the AHG Sports tuner of Infiniti Centre in Hamburg has decided to take a shot at making the Infiniti FX30d S a better car.

We shall start with the engine modifications. We’ve recently tested the Infiniti M30d, meeting the same Renault-Nissan 3.0-liter V6 unit that delivers 238 hp and 550 Nm of torque and we weren’t quite impressed. Thus, any extra muscle is welcome - let’s see what the Germans did to the engine. The V6 oil-burner received an ECU remap and now offers 280 hp and a peak torque of 600 Nm. The ECU remap will set you back EUR1,250.

The crossover has also had its rims swapped with a set of custom ones. The vehicle rides on Schmidt Revolution CC wheels that come in a 21-inch size and are fitted with high-performance tires. The complete set of rims comes at a price of EUR7,900.

The vehicle’s connection to the road has been further enhanced, as the tuner has installed a lowering spring kit that brings the car 25 mm closer to the road, enhancing both the looks and the handling of the car. This is offered for EUR 1,495.
