He was ranked number first in AVN’s “The 50 Top Adult Stars of All Time” list and even got in the Guinness Book of World Records for “Most Appearances in Adult Films.” But it seems Ron Jeremy is not famous enough to have cops pardon him, considering he recently got his car impounded after officers found out he was driving without a California license.
Ron Jeremy was enjoying a night out with a lady friend in West Hollywood, California Wednesday night when officers pulled him over. The Police men asked him to get out of the car and perform a field sobriety test and a breathalyzer test. Even though it turned out he was not drunk, the famous now-retired porn star turned out to be driving with no license.
It would seem he got pulled over after police spotted him driving erratically. But alcohol was not the motif Jeremy and his girl ended up taking a cab home. It turns out Ron only has a New York license so the cops towed his Saturn.
As to the driver, well he’s a legend in the industry. Jeremy is listed in the Guineess Book of World Records for “Most Appearances in Adult Films,” his entry on the Internet Adult Film Database lists more than 2,000 films in which he has performed, and an additional 281 films which he directed. However, the 61-year old actor has also starred in non-pornographic films, such as The chase, Orgazmo, They Bite, Crank: High Voltage and Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead among others.
