Audi recently gave an old looker a bit of a makeover. We are of curse talking about the A5 that was described by its designer as being his best work. The refresh Audi came up with ads new headlights with LED tech and a hexagonal grille, as well as an the turbo V6 that replaces the 4.2-liter V8 in the S5.
German tuner ABT Sportsline could not miss the opportunity and has thus created a program that fits the new lines. Thus, the ABT AS5 is born, a model which "combines a precise and harmonious design with dynamic technology". Cosmetically, the tuner offers fresh spoilers, a new side skirt, a lowering suspension and inserts for both bumpers. To complete the package, you can go for R Silverlight or DR alloy wheels.
On the engine front, the 245 hp 2.0-liter diesel has been tuned to 300 hp, while the 2.0-litre TFSI petrol from 211 HP to 270 HP. Expect the S5 to also get a boost from 333 hp to 435 hp in the near future.
