What will future cars look like? A question that lets our imagination go wild and although some people imagine all kinds of flying machines or vehicles stuck to the ground using magnets, the future will be a lot less unconventional, that's for sure. However, imagination remains one of our gifts as human beings, so designer Samir Sadikhov tried to answer that question using several renderings.

The result is the so-called Incepto concept, a two-seater sportscar that could be appropriate for 2020. At least, this is what the designer says, probably thinking at aerodynamics and the development today's carmakers are trying to do when it comes to this particular aspect.

It's true that aerodynamics will probably be much more advanced, as this is one of the key areas where companies might work in order to improve performance and reduce fuel consumption and emissions. And the Incepto concept is mostly about this aspect, as the whole concept has been designed around the idea of building a model that's aerodynamic but, at the same time, doesn't go too far beyond the original car concept.

As you can see, the concept is indeed futuristic and eye catchy, but we're not sure this is actually a viable solution for the future. Look at the rear wheels, they're both covered with glass, obviously for improved aerodynamics, to let the air flow towards the rear end without interfering with the wheels.

We'll stop judging the car and its chances to represent the future and we'll let you browse the photo gallery to see more of this concept.
