In the market for a new Yamaha motorcycle? The 2017 supersport, hyper naked, sport touring, adventure, and heritage models will be given a fresher look through a set of new color setups.
Yamaha’s supersport range includes the YZF-R1 and YZF-R125, both getting new paint finishes. The former will be available in Tech Black along the previous Race Blu, while the latter gains two new shades - Radical Red and Tech Black.
Moving on to the sport touring range, the Tracer 900 gains the same Tech Black along with the new Mountain Green and the carried-over Yamaha Blue but with new graphics.
The hyper naked, including the MT-07 and MT-125, gets the same range of new colors, namely the Tech Black, Yamaha Blue and the old Night Fluo which gets carried over. However, the MT-07 gets an extra Competition White shade, while the MT-125 receives some new graphics to go with the old paint scheme.
Adventure riders will be thrilled as well, as the XT1200Z/ZE Super Tenere will be available both in the Yamaha Blue and Tech Black finishes, which do look astounding, giving the machine a very rough and technical look.
The classic is not forgotten, and the Yamaha XV950R receives a new Tech Graphite paint finish as well as a new tank. The XSR900 gets the Tech Black along with the continued Garage Metal and Rock Slate.
Lastly, the smaller XSR700 continues to be available in Forrest Green and Garage Metal too, but with a black radiator this time. The Tech Black finish has been adopted here as well.
Yamaha also specifies that all the new models here are complying with new Euro4 regulations and the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) is offered as standard. No information on pricing has been released for the moment.
