We had a feeling the 2015 Mustang spyshot that surfaced earlier this week will spawn a new and more accurate rendering of the muclecar’s front end... and we were right, because SRK Designs just came up with its own interpretation of the vehicle.
The rendering sports a perfectly matched front grille and headlamps, which give the 2015 pony a more aggressive look, but skips the daytime running lights we noticed in the poor photo supplied by a Ford insider. Despite the differences, it’s likely it will remain the most accurate front end until the actual car loses its wraps.

Meanwhile, we’re left to keep on wondering about the Mustang’s rear end design and what kind of tech it will get. As you might recall, an unnamed member of the next-generation Mustang development team said the vehicle will be fitted with an array of high-tech features, which could mean a state-of-the-art infotainment and navigation system, a configurable gauge cluster, blind spot detection, lane departure, backup sensors and new suspension technology.

We already know the 2015 Mustang will drop the live rear axle in favor of an independent rear suspension and that a four-cylinder EcoBoost engine will added to make it more attractive to its new European customers. More info should follow as the 2014 Detroit Auto Show is closing in, so make sure you stick around for additional details.
