Jimmy Kimmel Live on ABC is probably one of the best shows to watch on TV late at night. It’s full of humor, and Jim’s sidekick is as humorous as it gets. But what happens when the producer calls for Guillermo Rodriguez to make a taco?
Prepare for 100% comedy gold. Before you press play, I want to tell you what’s the deal with the taco. The traditional Mexican dish is not that hard to make. Get tortillas, meat, vegetables, and cheese, garnish with salsa and guacamole then eat. Pretty simple, eh?

But this time around, it’s not as simple as that.

Jimmy’s producer asked Guillermo to prepare the dish in the passenger seat of a Ford Focus ST, a $24,370 hot hatchback. Thanks to a 2.0L EcoBoost four-cylinder with 252 HP and 270 lb-ft, this machine isn’t meant to be driven like an octogenarian from Florida.

0 to 60 mph is irrelevant on this occasion due to a blonde professional stunt driver called Preston. It’s funny that Guillermo was told that Preston is just a lesser known actress, not a pro driver. As for the previously mentioned gastronomical challenge, Guillermo has to make a taco inside the car while being driven.

When Guillermo is ready with the taco, he must take a bite then say “the Ford Focus is smooth enough to make a taco with.” I guess you can imagine that the cute stunt drive wasn't there to help him...
In total, 13 takes were filmed until Kimmel’s sidekick managed to make a taco, eat the yummy-looking thing and say the one-liner. See the screenshot above, with Preston covered in salsa? That’s only take 8, LOL.
