Introduced four days ago, the 2014 Toyota Corolla revealed itself with a brand new look and several technology and performance updates. While we’ve already seen a large batch of photos with the sedan, in both US and European specs, it will take a little while longer until the car’s actual skill get tested.
However, we have managed to get our hands on a complete walkaround of Toyota’s best-selling vehicle done in Santa Monica, right where the brand-new Corolla was unwrapped. The video comes via YouTube user Michael Borquez, who took a close look at the sedan in all of its trim levels: L, LE, S and Eco.
Set to go on sale this fall, the 2014 Toyota Corolla sports a Furia concept-inspired design and a premium-looking interior. The sedan will be available with two 1.8-liter four-cylinder engines, (132 HP/128 lb-ft torque and 140 HP/126 lb-ft torque), and a new seven-speed CVT that adds to the familiar six-speed manual transmission.
US or European pricing details are yet to be released, but we’ll be back as soon as the initial figures show up. Until then, scroll below to see the 2014 Toyota Corolla in the metal.
