Let’s do a bit of time traveling and go back to 2012 Beijing where the Qin was first shown to the public. In case you’ve found the said vehicle to your liking, let us inform you that China’s Build Your Dreams has now fully detailed the sedan.
Yes, you now have all the info on the the range-topping gasoline-electric plug-in hybrid sedan. Concerning its engine, the Qin comes with a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that promises drivers that the car will sprint from zero to 62 mph in just 5.9 seconds and will reach a top speed of 115 mph.

This engine works with an electric motor that is linked to a a lithium-ion battery pack that can be recharged by a regenerative braking system as well as by plugging the car into a regular household outlet.

When it comes to the interior, it was only natural to have it really high-tech. The creators brought a 12.1-inch thin-film transistor (TFT) screen in lieu of the instrument cluster and a smart key system.

Of course these are not the only options, the Qin offering a lot more. At the moment, the car is only available across China at the base price of USD 32,000 but according to BYD, it could end up in select European markets sometime next year.
