When we say they are two, we actually mean two versions of the same genome, reshaped into slightly different vehicles. Idolized by racers across Europe, the Audi S3 and Golf 7 R have been reborn into brand new cars, faster and more powerful than ever before.
Both come with the same 2.0-liter turbo engine, have the same 300 PS and 380 Nm of torque, standard all-wheel drive, manual or six-speed automatic gearbox options. They even cost about the same and only 0.1 seconds separate them in terms of performance.

But, while all animals are equal, some are more equal than others. Production just started for the Golf 7 R, so we were keen to show you the differences between these two cars. As you can see, the Audi S3 sounds deeper, basically better, while the Golf is a bit rattly and metallic.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
