The NHTSA issued recall number 13V608000, with 416 2013 Triumph Trophy SE motorcycles potentially affected by a center stand construction error.
Triumph Motorcycles America Ltd (Triumph) says that certain model year 2013 Trophy SE motorcycles manufactured June 1, 2012, through February 28, 2013 may have a left hand center stand mount which may fracture.
In case of such an even occurs, the parked bike may flip over, increasing the risk of an injury for those nearby. Triumph ahs not provided a notification schedule, but declared that dealers will install a new center stand bracket to the left hand side of the motorcycle frame.
