The main favorites to win the 2013 MotoGP World Championship, Yamaha's Jorge Lorenzo and Honda's Dani Pedrosa admit they are not 100% recovered after the crashes and collarbone fractures they sustained in the first half of the season.
Reigning champion Lorenzo has had a really tough time with two falls and two surgeries in less than a fortnight. He admits he was able to get several days of total and well-earned rest during the summer break, but then it was the private 2-day test at Brno, in the Czech Republic to see how things really were.

Jorge also says he's not 100 percent recovered and things are going to be difficult with three races in as many weeks. Despite the less-than-favorable circumstances and feeling a bit tired, he's determined to give the best he can during the next three rounds; as for the Indianapolis race thins weekend, his goal is to lose as few points as possible.

His rival and fellow-countryman Dani Pedrosa is faring a bit better from a physician's POV, but is still weeks from a complete recovery. He was able to get the much-needed rest and also underwent a lot of physiotherapy: the latest medical checks show his collarbone growing stronger. This adds to a good feeling of having won at Indianapolis in 2010 and 2012.

Pedrosa is second in the current standings with 147 points, only 6 points behind his team mate Marc Marquez and 13 points ahead of Jorge Lorenzo. The 2013 MotoGP season resumes this weekend with the Red Bull Indianapolis Grand Prix.
