2013 Mercedes ML63 AMG Pricing

Mercedes today announced the pricing of the 2013 ML63 AMG, also releasing the full specs of the go-fast SUV. We’ll give you these info and it’s up to you to draw a bang-for-buck conclusion.

The new ML63 AMG is powered by a twin-turbo 5.5-liter V8 unit that delivers 525 hp and a peak torque of 700 Nm (516 lb-ft), with the figures climbing to 557 hp and 760 Nm (560 lb-ft) if you opt for the AMG Performance Package. This allows the SUV to play the 0 to 100 km/h game in 4.8 seconds (4.7 seconds, respectively), with the top speed being electronically limited to 250 km/h (155 mph).

The new unit allows the SUV to be 28 percent more efficient than the repalced model, with the vehicle returning an efficiency of 11.8 liters per 100 km (20 US mpg). If all this sound tempting, be prepared to spend EUR108,885 ($148,247 at the current exchange rate) for the vehicle, or EUR115,906 if you also want to have the AMG Performance Package.
