As the story goes, the 2013 model year Lexus RX crossover is going to get this facelift, but the official press release will likely not surprise any Lexus fan, because the new look has been leaked. Some Japanese bloggers scanned a brochure of the 2013 RX, and so we know what the vehicle will look like before the official release.
The biggest change is that the car that will arrive in America later this year. The biggest cosmetic change is the new spindle grille, borrowed from the brand new GS sedan and giving the aging RX design, which debuted in 2009, a sportier look. These photos we found on minkara.carview.co.jp also reveal freshened up headlights that have an L-shaped LED bar for the daytime running lights.
There’s also an F Sport variant coming, which will add sporty touches like stainless steel pedals and door sills inside, plus a body kit and like stiffened suspension as well.
