2013 Gumball 3000: Koenigsegg Gets Norway Flag Wrap

This year's Gumball 3000 rally saw a number of exciting supercars being wrapped in some seriously cool camo. 2013 will surely go down in history as the year of the camo wrap, and this one is a little bit patriotic, but also a bit confusing.

The pattern revolves around the colors of the Norwegian flag. The thing is that all Koengseggs are made in Sweden.

Launched in 2007, the CCXR is a flex fuel version of the CCX which can run on either gas or ethanol, and in any mixture between these two fuels. Ethanol has a higher octane figure of 113 compared to 95 for gasoline and thus helps the 4.7-liter supercharged V8 to deliver more power.

The Norway-wrapped car was filmed by Shmee150 at starting line of the Gumball rally in Copenhagen.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
