Acura announced that sales of the new ILX sedan will start today with a MSRP at dealerships of $25,900. With fitting like a start button fitted as standard, very few cars can compete in its price bracket.
Power for the Civic based sedan comes from a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 150 hp. The ILX will also be available with a hybrid system for $28,900. This uses a 1.5-liter in combination with an electric motor to produce a combined maximum output of 111 hp. If more power is what you’re after, a 2.4-liter is available at the very top of the range, producing 201 horsepower and costing $29.200 as standard.

The standard car comes as standard with keyless entry, Pandora internet radio and Blootooth connectivity. FOr extra luxury fittings, you’ll have to go for the $3,300 Premium Package, which adds eather interior, heated front seats, a rearview camera and 17-inch aluminum wheels

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
