The Jeep Compass recently got a makeover which gave it the face of a Grand Cherokee, and so the new kid was a prime target for the team at Mopar when they wanted to create their celebratory edition models, all heading to the 2012 Chicago Auto Show.
The collective name of the parts you’ll be able to choose from the Mopar catalog is the ‘True North’ edition. The exterior features a cool makeover that combines the contrast of the shiny paint finish with matte black on the roof, wheel flares, lower fascia, door cladding and black grille with body color inserts. Other exterior touches include black-headlamp and fog- lamp surrounds, rear fog lights, custom front and rear brush bars and custom rock rails.

To give it a Trail Rated attitude, Mopar has also fitted a 2-inch lift kit from Rocky Road Suspensions and 16-inch black alloy wheels with BF Goodrich All Terrain tires.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
