Under the motto “It's never been about getting there. It's been about getting the most out of the Journey,” Dodge has released a new commercial for us to watch. It features the 2012 Dodge Journey, a car that’s sold in Europe as the Fiat Freemont, and a young coupe who are enjoying their car on a sunny day at the beach before realizing they are late for a wedding.
Dodge recently announced that it is upgrading the Journey Range, offering customers more value for money, better features and improved economy thanks to a 2.4-liter four-cylinder that replaces the old V6 in the Journey SXT models.
The Dodge Journey SXT with the four-cylinder engine is offered for $22,995 (destination charges not included), which makes it $1,500 less expensive than the V6 model. The four-cylinder unit produces 173 hp and returns an efficiency of 26 mpg.
However, if you want more power you can always go for the full V6 Pentastar engine which can be combined with all-wheel drive and gives you 283 horsepower.
