2011 Kia Picanto First Images and European Pricing Released
The little car is only being offered with a 1.0-liter engine, developing 62 horsepower, that is coupled with either a five-speed manual gearbox or a four-speed automatic variant. The look of the newly reformulated Picanto includes the redesigned grille style that is in line with the aesthetic standards of the current Kia Motors range.
The fog lights also abandoned the conventional rounded shape in favor of a more stylish trapezoidal shape. At the rear of the car, the only change is the introduction of an air splitter and honeycomb lower bumper. A new range of colors and a set of standard alloy wheels complete the list of exterior changes.
On the inside, subtle changes have been made to the general fit and finish level of the car. The instruments now have a bigger, easier to read font, while the seats are being offered with a range of new colors. The list of standard features available on the 2011 Picanto includes folding rear backrest, tilt steering wheel, steering, painted bumpers, ABS, EBD and dual front airbags. The top of the line model also comes with ESP, TCS, automatic climate control, four electric windows and audio system with MP3 and USB port.
