2010 Daewoo Winstorm Released
The SUV will be available in three different trim levels, all equipped with the same five-speed automatic gearbox as standard. We would love to tell you to what the transmission is paired, but unfortunately the manufacturer neglected to tell us.
The new Winstorm is in fact only a facelift, which leads us to the assumption that it will use the same engines as until now, namely one diesel unit (2.0l) and two petrol ones (2.4l and 3.2l).
As said, the SUV comes in three trim levels and in a choice of either two or four wheel drive, as well as with five or seven seats. For the LS 2WD 5-seats, the manufacturer will charge $19,096, for the LT with the same configuration $20,947 (KRW 24.9 million), while the most expensive will be the LTX 4WD 5-seats: $25994 (KRW 30.9 million).
To make it even more easy for customers to buy one, GM Daewoo announced the introduction of the “My Choice” program, through which the car can be configured to suit any taste, from safety features to premium packages.
“In addition to great performance and value, with the 2010 Winstorm we’re also offering various new sales programs to maximize customer satisfaction,” Rick LaBelle, GM Daewoo vice president of vehicle sales said. “The ‘My Choice’ program is an especially appealing way to enhance customer satisfaction, giving them more control in selecting what they want in their vehicles.”
