The Stig Captured by Google Street View

There is certainly no mysterious character in this world that stirs curiosity more than the Stig from Top Gear does. As a matter of fact, we're starting to believe that he is benefiting from even more fame than fictional masked characters such as Zorro, Batman or Superman, have ever had.

Coincidence or whatever you might want to call it, some guys from the Top Gear seem to have been really bored last week so, they started to search for their office on Google Earth, cupholder.blogs.topgear.com reported. Not little was their surprise when Google Street View revealed an interesting image of their office, featuring no one else than the Stig in their window.

Still, the matter whether this is the real Stig or just a mannequin/wax statue of him is highly debatable. There have been so many stories about the Top Gear's mysterious character, so we wouldn't know what to believe. Some voices say Top Gear's office has a mannequin of the Stig they have placed in their windows to attract views. Others believe that there might actually have been the real Stig spotted on the map.

No matter the case, we can only think about one thing: this image with the Stig on Google Street View could just be considered a strategy of advertising for Top Gear. Certainly the well-known TV motoring show is already benefiting from a lot of fame, but you know what they say: you have never have enough of this.

So, what do you think? Is the real Stig in the photo or just a mannequin? Do you think next time he will wave to us?
