"Bankrupt since 2011, Swedish automaker Saab, now owned by National Electric Vehicle Sweden (NEVS), will reportedly restart production at its Trollhattan factory and relaunch the 9-3 model next year. According to Swedish news website Aftonbladet, quoting sources familiar with the matter, Saab will have more than 400 employees working on an updated 9-3 model in late September.
