Servicing a hybrid like the 2007 Toyota Prius is the same as with a normal petrol car, you still have to replace oil and filters and you'll still have to reset the maintenance light after.
And that futuristic-looking dashboard of the Prius shouldn't be a problem, as the maintenance light resetting still uses only two buttons. Here is how to do it:
Push the Start button twice without pressing the brake pedal to turn on the accessories of the car
Use the trip button on the central console (just under the display) to put the odometer in ODO mode and not TRIP
Press the start button again to turn the car off
Press and hold the trip button and push the start button again
Keep pushing the trip button until the odometer will display some zeros
