Is it just us, or is there a gap between Lamborghinis of old and their modern day cousins. Nowadays, Sant Agata makes mid-engined supercars, built with exotic materials and offering high-revving engines.
But when Ferruccio Lamborghini launched his company, he actually wanted to make something more usable, more manageable and practical than the Ferrari he bought and hated. A long line of front-engined V12 GT cars followed, starting with the 350 GT, a line that’s been dead for some time.

You see, nowadays, Ferrari is the making a much cheaper car, the California, while Lamborghini continues to focus on ever more exotic models.

But we bet some people who have owned a Diablo or Gallardo would rather drive something like this, a GT with a long bonnet that’s also comfortable to drive. This design created by Alex Imnadze is done in the spirit of the 350 – interesting mirrors, good proportions, strong design.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
