Better known for their generous motorcycle accessory lines, Italian manufacturer Givi surfaces a new helmet, the X.01 Tourer, available starting February 2013.
If you're a fan of modular helmets with removable chin, then the all-new Givi X.01 Tourer will most likely appeal to you. Both chin guard and upper visor can be easily removed without tools, and this makes the Givi X.01 Tourer an instant dual-purpose helmet.
Givi X.01 Tourer promises excellent ventilation thanks to 4 vents and rear exhaust ports. A retractable sun visor is standard, and the helmet will be available in matte black and white, both with removable, washable, hypoallergenic lining and cheek pads and micrometric closing system.
The scratch-resistant visor is Pinlock-ready for easy lens installation. The rumored price of the Givi X.01 Tourer is around €200 ($265).
