It's sheer joy when an amazing motorcycle meets an amazing workshop and the result of their encounter preserves both characters: the savage nature of a streetfighter and the unctuous superiority of luxury craftsmanship. By all means, the MV Agusta Brutale Pathos from Officine GP Design is the reference for such a beast.
Apart from its noble and striking look, the Pathos boasts another nifty feature: the changes it went through have not diminished its legendary maneuverability and racing spirit. The retro styling had no impact on the no-nonsense 140 hp beast and the Pathos rides just like the original Brutale... but does it in huge style. And the stealthy HP Corse 2-in-1 exhaust adds some more performance, too.

The body kit has been hand-crafted by Officine and rumor has it that the whole modding package could be available in an unspecified future for around €5,000 ($6,550). If cafe-racers are your game, then the alternating high-gloss/ matte finish of the MV Agusta Brutale Pathos should make your heart beat faster. With hand-polished aluminium panels still on display in key places, ribbed custom leather seating and re-worked cowls, the Pathos is more than mechanics: it's a step closer to art.

Halo headlight and glowing blue tanks badges add an eerie air to the MV Agusta Brutale Pathos, but without being intimidating. And to further enhance the retro racing spirit, the bars went upside down, just like they were back in the day. The initial Officine GP Design MV Agusta Brutale Pathos retails for around €35,000 ($45,885), and thins makes for the parts, the original bike around €12,000 ($15,700) and the huge amount of work hours.
