The Moto Guzzi California 1400 will soon be available throughout all European dealerships, but its awesome chunkiness and aggressive stance comes with a hefty price tag, too. Prices announced for the bikes sold in Spain are easily comparable to those of top-notch sport bikes, and most of those looking to buy one will probably have to reach a bit deeper in the pocket.
The California 100 Custom will be available for prices starting at €17,999 ($24,390), while the bettwe-equipped California 1400 Touring version can be yours for €19,999 ($27,100).
Not quite the cheapest tourer out there, it's true, but the MotoGuzzi California 1400 brings a lot of nifty toys in the game: ride-by-wire, triple engine mappings, traction control and top-drawer ABS brakes, taking both safety and fun riding to the next level. Spanish VAT is 21% so the rest of the European prices for the California 1400 should also be somewhere around these figures.
