The much anticipated Iron Man 2 Mark V Suitcase motorcycle suit has finally been launched by UD Replicas, a company that now brags it has created the first ever wearable, form molded leather Iron Man ‘movie replica’ motorcycle suit.

The suit is finished in the candy-apple red featured in the original on-screen suit, with a translucent, pearl metallic finish, while the silver accents are metallic silver chrome with a translucent finish. Both jacket and pants have an inner waistline zipper allowing for both to be connected as one ’seamless’ racing suit.

“Devised from the latest advances in armor deployment technology, Tony Stark’s Mark V Armor is vastly more portable than his traditional Iron Man hardware… and now Universal Designs is bringing the Mark V to life as an officially licensed, ‘wearable’ form molded leather motorcycle suit,” the company describes the suit.

The Iron Man 2 Mark V motorcycle suit main features are detailed below:
  • CE Approved Body Armor
  • Extreme Form-Molded Leather Detailing
  • Pearl Red and Silver Aluminum Leather
  • Light-Sensitive Reflective Accents
  • Heavy-Duty Stretch Spandex Inserts
  • Removable Interior Vest
  • Grade-A Cowhide Leather

Matching boots and gloves are also available with the suit for $189 and $60 respectively. You can separately buy the jacket for $498 and the pants for $352, or the full suit for $1,099.

By the colors this suit sports we might say it would match the ones on the new MV Agusta F4 superbike, but the design unfortunately fails to impress.
