YAMAHA Stratoliner Deluxe (2013-2014) Specs, Performance & Photos

In 2013, Yamaha brought into the cruiser market the Stratoliner Deluxe, a slightly different version of the standard Stratoliner. The main difference was on the bike's front end, with a wide fairing fitted with a small windscreen and the lack of a passenger backrest.

The front fairing was integrated with a motorcycle-friendly Garmin Zumo 665 GPS loaded with features such as a navigation system, Bluetooth, satellite radio, real-time weather and traffic, road-condition warnings, and many more.

Besides that, the Stratoliner Deluxe packed the same standard features as its siblings, including a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, a two-piece dual seat with a low riding position, a two-into-one chromed exhaust system, 12-spoke lightweight wheels, and side-mounted color-matched panniers.

The bike was fitted with the same 1,854cc four-stroke V-twin air-cooled engine as its predecessors, delivering an output power of 99 hp with a maximum peak force at 4,250 rpm and 167 Nm (123 lb-ft) torque at 2,250 rpm.

As for suspension, the machine packed a 46 mm preload-adjustable telescopic fork on the front and a link-type spring preload-adjustable shock absorber on the rear, offering excellent suspension performance and handling.

In the safety department, the 2013 Yamaha Stratoliner Deluxe was fitted with a single-piston caliper and a 320 mm disc on the rear wheel, while the front wheel was stopped by four-piston calipers with two 298 mm discs.

In 2023, the 2013 Yamaha Stratoliner Deluxe was for sale at around $8,000 as used.
