A 45 AMG Drag Races a BMW M135i xDrive [Video]

With no less than 360 hp and 450 Nm (332 lb ft) of torque squeezed out of the tiny M133 engine, the A 45 AMG has the most powerful four-cylinder engine of any production car in the world.
The BMW M135i in xDrive and five-door clothing is currently its closest competitor, despite not being quite on the same page when it comes to engine power or official performance figures.
With a turbocharged three-liter inline six instead of a “puny” four-cylinder in the A 45 AMG, the M135i develops 320 hp and the same amount of torque as the AMG.
In xDrive and five-door guise the official acceleration numbers are a tad higher than in the AMG, but if you ever thought how those numbers translate in real life then the following video is for you.
