OPEL OPEL Corsa 5 doors 1.2 16V 2000 - 2003

OPEL Corsa 5 doors (2000 - 2003)
OPEL Corsa 5 doors (2000 - 2003) Description & History

By 2000, when the new Corsa range was released, almost every engine that had been mounted on previous model gained 4-cylinder valve heads. Apart from an overall power output and fuel economy increase as well as body shell restyling, newer trims and equipment levels were introduced. The 1.0 - 12V Model was no longer availaale with only a choice of manual transmission with Opel having equipped the Eco and Comfort models with sequential gearboxes. Some 1.2 L versions also benefited from the same upgrades among other adjustments meant to enhance driving pleasure and/or ride comfort. Luxury touches, greater power, different tires and suspension tunings were generally the extras the German producer went for.
