RENAULT Laguna Estate (1995 - 1998) Description & History

Unveiled in 1995, one year after the base hatchback version of the car, the Renault Laguna Estate was regarded as a more spacious vehicle able to provide more comfort and extra luggage space. Also called Laguna Sport Tourer in some markets, the Estate replaces Renault Savanna and Nevada, two older models based on Renault 21. In terms of features, the 1995 Laguna had an impressive line-up of standard and optional equipment, including power steering, power windows, ABS, air conditioning, twin airbags and remote central locking.
