OPEL Astra 3 Doors 1994 - 1998
The 1994 face lift revealed a renewed Astra with differently shaped lateral mirrors, radiator grille, side skirts and rear flap. On top of that, 4 new trim models were introduced: the Champion I & II, Season, Cool Dream and Cool Motion, the latter two having had included air conditioning systems. The modified Astra line-up employed mostly single and multipoint injection engines along some smaller Diesel versions equipped with Bosch injection pumps. The 74hp 14 NV was the only carburetor-fed engine type to have been kept until the launch of the second Astra Generation.
