MITSUBISHI Pajero/Montero/Shogun 2006 - Present
Unveiled during the Paris Motor Show on 30 September, 2006, the fourth generation Pajero boasted an impressive range of new equipment and upgrades. The vehicle's completely restyled interior and exterior was coupled with the introduction of extra-safety features such as front dual-stage SRS, side and curtain airbags. Drive systems were also improved with Pajero's 4-wheel drive having been enhanced by an ASTC system (Active Stability and Traction Control) as well as an electronically controlled brakeforce distribution. Engines were adjusted in accordance to Euro IV emissions regulations and saw the introduction of Mitsubishi's MIVEC system that led to a rise in power output.
