J.D. Power's 2013 Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study placed BMW's Financial Services on the top spot for customer satisfaction for the 10th year in a row, in the Retail Leasing category.
This award goes to prove, once again, that BMW Financial Services ranks highest among automotive financing providers in the Retail Leasing segment, due to the feedback received from dealerships around the country.
“This year’s tenth consecutive J.D. Power Dealer Financing Satisfaction award reflects our continued goal of premium service.
